For Headspace’s “Find Some Headspace” series of spots, I worked with a small team of designers and animators to unify the Headspace look and feel with live action footage.
This presented a number of challenges: how do we bring the expressiveness of the Headspace brand into the real world? What technical hurdles do we need to clear to sell the look? How can we integrate the friendly, illustrative style with live-action footage?
For this project, I lead the process of compositing—motion tracking, masking, and laying in animations built in After Effects. I’ve showcased a couple of my shots here.
